MYWEBCHATLIVE.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND CONCERNING THE QUALITY, SAFETY OR SUITABILITY OF THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MYWEBCHATLIVE.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE TRUTH, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY STATEMENTS, INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONCERNING THE SOFTWARE THAT IS CONTAINED ON AND WITHIN ANY OF THE WEB SITES OWNED AND OPERATED BY MYWEBCHATLIVE.

IN NO EVENT WILL MYWEBCHATLIVE.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE , SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER, THEY MAY ARISE AND EVEN IF MYWEBCHATLIVE.COM HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

2. Billing :

All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. It is the customers' responsibility to inform MyWebChatLive.com on changes in credit card type, e-mail address or expiration date to their credit card. Credit card accounts are billed once monthly. If your credit card is declined you will have seven days to make the payment, after these seven days, your account will be placed on hold until services are paid for. All accounts issuing charge backs against MyWebChatLive.com will be billed an additional $25.00 per charge back.

NOTE: All accounts billed to a credit card are automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Cancellation :

Cancellation can be made by emailing us. Although no notice is required, and there is no cancellation fee, all fees (setup fee / monthly fee) paid for service are nonrefundable.

Prior to cancellation of your account it is STRONGLY advised you take off the installed MyWebChatLive code on your web site. MyWebChatLive.com will accept no liability for damage caused through the closure of an account either due to client request, or misuse of accounts. MyWebChatLive.com retain the rights to change any script-files downloaded from our site for any usage purposes after the cancellation of the account.

4. Availability of Service:

MyWebChatLive.com makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether expressed or implied for the service it is providing. MyWebChatLive.com also disclaims any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose and will not be responsible for any damages that may be suffered by the users or their web site's service interruptions by any cause or errors or omissions of the MyWebChatLive.com service.

5. Usage :

All services provided by MyWebChatLive.com may be used for lawful purposes only. Any activities in violation of any United States, International or other countries, Federal, State or City law is prohibited. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MyWebChatLive.com from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the user or any other party.
